Project Manager


Responsibility

  • Manage several projects in the field of automotive wiring systems, for high-voltage and low-voltage wiring systems for various OEMs.
  • Create project goals, schedules, budgets and their resource planning.
  • Identify potential risks, develop strategies to minimize & manage them
  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders of the project, the organization and its
  • Organization and its implementation.
  • Track your project progress and identify deviations in your planning
  • Ensure that the project meets the defined quality standards as well as the Customer requirements
  • Champion open forum for problem solving within the team & stakeholders
  • Furthermore, you identify relevant stakeholders and include them in your project status reporting.
  • Reporting on the project status.
  • Create and manage reports, logs and other documents suitable for management, on a KPI basis, in order to document the progress of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with cost, deadline and quality targets in relation to the development object
  • Organize a goal-oriented environment and optimize ongoing processes in cooperation with the project management
  • Responsible for a team of Design Release Engineers and support the standardization within the company network
  • Oversee assignment and management of the project team and our BCC  resources in Poland as well as support in recruiting and acquisition.
  • After completion of the project, you will evaluate the success of the project and identify improvement opportunities "Lessons Learned" for future projects


Job requirements

  • Must have minimum 5 years experience as a senior DRE or as a Junior Program Manager several in the automotive industry, preferably in development.
  • Development and have already gained experience in vehicle electrical system development.
  • Completed technical studies (automotive engineering, mechatronics or similar), alternatively a completed technical
  • Completed technical training with further training as a technician, or relevant professional
  • Professional experience in vehicle electrical system development.
  • Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools, e.g. IPMA certification
  • You have proven experience in project leadership and project management
  • You have excellent team leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects.
  • You have OEM specific tool, process and software knowledge of advantage (VOBES,
  • Smaragd, KVS, AVON, etc.), as well as very good knowledge of MS Office & MS Project.
